Dr. Christine N. Vuong, DDS, FAGD

After completing her dental education in 1995 at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA, Dr. Vuong completed a post-doctoral residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD).  Besides managing Pacific Dental Care, PC, which she founded in 1997, Dr. Vuong has continued to devote a significant portion of her time to pursue other educational courses.  Having been certified in Invisalign™ and Perio Protect Method™, she went on to achieve a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), honoring members who have earned more than 500 FAGD-approved CE credits and have successfully completed the FAGD exam.  She is currently working toward her Mastership program.

Dr. Vuong enjoys all aspects of dentistry and takes care of all her patients with gentle hands. She has great interest in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry which she feels that she’s not only improving smiles but actually changing lives. 

Besides the time she dedicates to care for her patients, Dr. Vuong enjoys playing tennis, and traveling with her college sweetheart and their three children.  She also contributes her time in the community and at her church.


Dr. Diep Pham

 Dr. Diep Pham, DMD

After getting a degree as a hygienist in 2000, Dr. Diep Pham never got tired of learning and changing for the better. She continued her study and earned her dentistry degree from the Oregon Health Science University in 2009.

She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially pediatric dentistry. She embraces integrity, respect, diversity, and team work. She enjoys making connections with patients, and hopes to have a chance to say "hello" the next time you come to the office.


 Dr. Vinh Nguyen-Phuoc, DMD

Dr. Nguyen-Phuoc found his interest in dentistry in his Dental Assisting class at Benson High School, where he graduated as a valedictorian.  Soon after, he attended University of Portland for Pre-Dental/Life Science major and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Oregon Health & Science University, and graduated with both Academic Honor and Clinical Honor. 

On his days off, Dr. Nguyen-Phuoc loves to spend quality time with his family and friends.  He enjoys traveling and eating good food.


Dr. Bao V. Pham, DMD

Dr. Pham received a Master of Public Health degree from Portland State University, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Oregon Health & Science University.  He did his General Practice Residency at Oregon Health & Science University, and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at Highland General Hospital in Alameda County, California, after receiving his DMD degree. Dr. Pham furthered his studies in implant dentistry at Loma Linda University, and intravenous sedation at University of Southern California. He holds a class III anesthesia permit for deep sedation.

Dr. Pham enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and four children.
